Since our first acreage homesite community in Magnolia, Texas in 1995, LGI Development has grown from a respected local land developer into a nationally recognized corporation.

When CEO Tom Lipar founded LGI Development , the core business was providing choice land selection that would enhance quality of life and add lasting value. With more than 12,000 acres in our portfolio, we're proud to say that LGI continues the tradition of excellence in everything we do.
